Who called from 3213965210

Received a call from phone number 019. That in itself raised doubts on this call. Someone saying they were from Microsoft wanting to resolve an issue with my computer! When I told them I was just walking out the door, they said they would call back. I asked for their number and name and was told his name was James Carter, (although their accent was clearly east indian) and the phone number to call was 321-396-5210. Reported this info to Microsoft and the name and number are not related to them.

Received same scam call two days ago. He gave me the same name.

I have been getting phone calls from this number for over a week.  It comes through as private caller.  I also got his name and phone number.  He told me that  I had a serious problem with my computer and he would walk me through it to solve the problem.  I asked for his name and phone number, James Carter and that he was calling on behalf of Microsoft.  I am a female 76 years old.  I told him I was not comfortable doing this and that I needed to verify that his name and phone number were legit.  Spoke with my son and he said under no circumstances to give him any information and allow him to get into my computer.  He had an east Indian accent.  So glad I decided to check with my son.

Same as above - career stated they were from Windows and had received error report from my computer about malware...he was foreign and said his name was Steve...when asked for a number for me to call back he gave me 321-396-5210....I told him I do not do these things over the phone and he said that's was why he gave me his number so I could call back and see he was "real"...he stated that if I signed on to computer he could tell me my computer number..can't remember what he called it! Definite scam!!

I hate scum like this, I'm sure they are phishing for information to steal identity or credit information.   Unbelievable!
