Call them at 877-340-2600 and let them know you are upset with their business and clients!!!!  Personally, I refrained from giving them my telephone number, as I don't trust people who deal with these scammers.

My hope is that if enough people complain to Paetec at 877-340-2600, they will eventually realize that it is in their business' best interest to drop these criminals (at whatever company that is using 321-735-9690) as clients.

happened today 1st time...been online looking ever since...im in new brunswick....how are they getting our numbers....is it some credit card company....im thinking of disconnecting my home phone any way! Everyday some idiot out there is calling my home....i wont be giving up on getting to the bottom of this...planning a trip to florida....they better be ready!

called sherrifs office in florida, they said to call local police in canada...when I contacted the rcmp....they directed me to PHONE busters, this is a site set up by police to make your complaint...the ph number is 1-888-495-8501 or you can file online at www.recol.ca.. The police here warned me NOT to answer this call, he also said that even though the call appears to be coming from cocoa florida, it could be re-routed from asia or africa, pretty much anywhere in the world...he also said they are trying to get your banking information. He said that if phone busters has recived enough complaints about this number they may already have information about the people who are harassing us....ok so I just spoke to someone at phone busters, I am the 28th person to make a complaint on this number...he said not to answer, do not give out info...and that most likely they are doing something called spoofing...he does feel that it is a call coming from u.s. but it might not be in cocoa fl..it could be re routed from anywhere along the eastern seaboard. He said to watch out for calls starting with area code 876 also. this is a jamiaca area code and they have a huge criminal business in calling canadian numbers as part of a scam.So basically, they dont know who it is, and say dont answer the phone, but they cant stop the number from calling us.not a big help but atleast I filed a legitimate complaint.If enough people follow suit, may be they will really look for these people and do something about it.

They call every day!! After the recording i hit #1 so I could speak with someone. I got through to someone and told him to remove me from there call list. I have never been so verbally abused in my life!!!! Every second word was the F word and worse!!! So today I tryed the same thing.....he hung up on me. So this what i suggest to everyone out there, press #1 and then tell them.... GO GET A REAL JOB [***]>*%!

I have been trying to get these people to stop calling me for almost two years.  When you ask them any questions or ask to speak with a supervisor, all they do is hang up on you.
