Goodness, we're so lucky. So far this week, we've had someone pay for a MedicAlert system for us, we've won a free cruise, this one was a free Disney vacation, and the grandfather of them all, BankCard Services, has offered to lower all my credit card rates. Reporting these does no good, although I suspect most, if not all of them, originate from outside the U.S. The best thing you can do is hang up or not answer at all. I answer if I'm bored, which I'll probably regret, as that marks you a "live" number.
