I received a suspicious call claiming to be regarding Law Enforcement Action CP503 from Legal department of U.S. Treasury. They said:
- There was an arrest warrant out for past due taxes.
- Every 5 years, there is an audit and they discovered an error from 2012.
- I had $4750.31 in delinquent taxes from 2012.
- I am legally responsible (not my accountant) because I gave incorrect information to my accountant and the government.
- Officers came to my house with a notice two times in Oct 2014 and one time in Jan 2015.
- Since I did not respond, there is now a warrant out for my arrest.

I asked probing questions and was transferred to 3 different people. Then I had a work call, so I asked for a call back number. The person got agitated and finally gave me this number: 323-238-3868. I searched the number on the internet and found this link. THANK YOU.
