I had the same message today, and said his name was James Howard (maybe his brother lol) anyway, he said I was going to be arrested today. I told him the call was being traced and he will be arrested soon hahaha...Bunch of scum.
Got a call from from jennifer lincoln and she even transferred me to an officer named jack conaray or Conaway not sure w the funny accent. They even changed their number to the hpd number to trick me. Saying they were sending an officer to my home to arrest me. They also have a 209 area code
