This is not at&t phone company, they are using several numbers now, they want info from you, and also 210-255-3192 is att, the real at&t should be doing something about this if you value your customers
Forgot to include number in last post and also I had a typo it, is NOT AT&T making the calls from 323-250-0528, it is a scam and they are misleading the people by saying they are from AT&T, its really ATT scammers, The real company AT&T is looking into it, as the ATT is falsify the name AT&T to the people.
I just called this number (several missed calls have been recorded on my phone.) It was an AT&T number. It gave me the option of being added to their "Do Not Call List". I followed the prompts and hopefully won't continue to receive the daily calls from them. Yes, I am on the National "Do Not Call" list, but I think as a former customer (just cancelled service), they can probably legally still call me.
We've also been getting calls from this number, about twice a day. I tried calling but it said the number was not in service. It's easy to say you can ignore them, but I still have to get up and go to a phone to find out who's calling, and then put up with ringing 4-5 times! I answer in the hope that I can start talking to them about religion or something and waste their time like they're wasting mine.
Here are a few other numbers that my caller id comes up with...

and they all have "ATT" as the caller. I have called AT&T on the first number and asked what AT&T wanted because I couldn't get through to the first number. I actually called AT&T on the number they give you when they send there bill to you each month. The person I talked to at AT&T said the number that had called my phone "WAS NOT AT&T" that had called. I told her the name and number came up on my caller ID. She still said, it wasn't AT&T. And that I should file a complaint with the FCC.. I told her that is what I was actually doing as I was talking to her. Other than that there was nothing they could do about these calls.
File a complaint with the FCC on every call you get from these SCUMS. If enough complaints then maybe they will do something about these spoofed calls trying to scam people.
I did call the 323-250-0528 and all I got was an auto-mated service saying it was AT&T and to be put on their DNC list press 1 Which I did... I was told it would take up to 30 business days to be taken off their call list. Hope that works, but not holding my breath on that!
G_d I hate auto-mated phone calls.
