Received another call from Dean Walker with the Department of Legal Affairs threating a class action suit against me. contact their office at 323-250-0720. People if the government is suing or bring a class action against you, they will contact you by mail. Do not fall for it.
Just received a call from 3232500720. Answered,took about 2 seconds for someone to answer. Immediatley hung up. They called right back and i let it go to the answering machine. The guy sounded like he was from India. Said he was from the department of legal affairs and threatened legal action against my wife if she did not return the call. Even suggested she have her lawyer call but never left his name only the phone number that appeared on the caller ID.
just got the same message, called back, the man was rude and stated that I was in trouble from the nevada treasury
office and I need to get a lawyer. It was difficult to understand and staticky on the other line.
Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
