Received another call from Dean Walker with the Department of Legal Affairs threating a class action suit against me. contact their office at 323-250-0720. People if the government is suing or bring a class action against you, they will contact you by mail. Do not fall for it.
I also received a call from 323-250-0720. I called back immediately with my lawyer friend. I spoke with the guy for 30 sec told him I had my lawyer on the line and he hung up and never answered our call back's
in the message he threatened legal action. I am 100% legal so I know this was a scam.
Same call, Department of Legal Affairs. Read this site first before calling back. Drank a few beers and figured I'd have some fun. Played along with it for a few minutes then I told him I only had 3 million rupees (the person on the other end was Indian). I asked if I can send him 2,999,999 rupees and use the last rupee to have his wife for the night. He hung up! I love playing around with these [***].
Received the same call today 6/24/15 on my answering machine. Jeremy White with the IRS. Stated that I am being audited for tax fraud. 360-718-9117 is the number that was left on my machine.

Received a call from "Dave Thompson" of the "Department of Legal Affairs" which went along the same lines as above.
Of course, this is a fake. Legal action would come via certified/registered mail (otherwise there is no legal standing that I have been notified). Department of Legal Affairs is vague -- What no company? If you have an accent, please don't tell me your name is Dave Thompson.
