A robocall from this L.A. VOIP number arrived today. When the call rolled to voice mail, a recorded message spewed forth with "This is an urgent public service message regarding your electric bill..." Of course, it's scam.
DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.

Same as above, a recorded message (illegal) to a number on the DNC (illegal). I did press 1 to give hell to whoever answered. He tried to tell me that the DNC doesn't apply and that by 2016 everyone will be required to have solar.
