Robo-call "This is an urgent public service message regarding your electric bill..." as reported by others. Hung up before they finished the message. Now blocked.
The caller, used no ID , it used 13234898312 as ID, called us @ 14:51,12.19.2015 for 3rd time.. We. were not home. Some reported to http:800notes.com as a prerecorded message, some said no message. Last 2 times, it left no message on our phone. today it left a lengthy male message in Spanish, I don't fully understand the message in Spanish.. I returned the call hiding our number, after long ring sound, a lady message in English asked to leave a message. So I left a message " Please do not call".

Obviously, even though it is an obvious robo call, was not blocked, so will add to blocked call list, which had been deleted by FiOS digital when trying to rectify a different problem. Year-end push is in full swing. These creeps just don't get it! So incredibly maddening having to reinvent the wheel.
