Solyndra would hardly be seen as a model for scammers. Representing only 1.2% of DOE's total energy loan guarantees, it's a company that succumbed to rapidly falling prices and competition from more established PV manufacturers. Why would a criminal involved in fraud be "emboldened" by a company that lost millions? Get real. Solyndra's collapse wasn't intentional, and it certainly wasn't a scam.
Do you their Fios service? It allows for simultaneous rings so the you can use the free robo guy service. You know who I am talking about. It has really helped us battle the incoming spam call problem about 90%. Only new numbers get through. Good luck.
Call came in, I didn't recognize the number, let it go to voice mail but they didn't leave a message. This same number has been calling us since early December 2015. Maybe someday they will get the hint to stop calling!
