Another unwanted robocall from this L.A. VOIP number arrived today, just 9 days after the last call on Nov. 24. When the call rolled to voice mail, a recorded message again spewed forth with "This is an urgent public service message regarding your electric bill..." which has also been reported by other posters.
This is a scam energy contractor, one of many thousands nationwide, emboldened (no doubt) by the ease with which Solyndra ripped off taxpayers for over $500 million. These bottom-feeders specialize in wallettechtomy -- surgical removal of the wallet.
According to www.whitepages.com this number is suspected spam. I'm soooooooooo surprised!!!

The caller, Los Angeles CA ( displayed as ID on our phone. ), called us @ 15:51, 12.05.2015. FTC ( www.donotcall.gov.) suggest s " Do not answer unwanted call on the spot..". I was he hesitate to pick it up, when I picked up, the caller cut of the call & left no message." , I returned the call hiding our number 20 minutes later, a lady message " The number is not in service or disconnected, please check the number." Many caller will say the number is not in service when we don't answer the call.
According http:800notes.com , this number has been used to call others since 11.02.2015, some said it was about electric bill, some says ti was a robot call, some indicate " Leave no message".
