I received a robo call from someone stating they were Agent Nikki Johnson from the IRS and to call this number. Of course it was a SCAM. The guy who answered said his name was Mark Cooper. When I asked him where he was calling from he said Los Angeles Ca. When I asked him his address, he asked me if I wanted to come to Los Angeles Ca. I said yes where is his address, he said Thank you and hung up.
The only recommendation I have is to remember the time differences and always call them back between their hours of midnight and 6am. Serves them right!
Just got the call from them. Said I was in violation on 3 accounts. When u asked what they were, he paused, then went on to lay 4 violations. One of them had something to do with tax returns, only problem is I'm a full time student, and haven't had a job in 2 years... therefore I get no tax returns. Told that Indian dude that and he goes "uhhh okay thank you" and then hung up. Trying to Scam me is all good and well , but I HATE when people hang up on me! I'm going to call back every 5 seconds and tell him what I would do to his mother's face.
received a call stating that I committed tax fraud and wanted the last 4 of my social security number. I told them to give me my first 5 numbers and they hung up on me. Called back and asked what their address was, and they gave me the address of my old house I haven't lived in, in over 5 years! Then they hung up again.
Called the fraud line... Same man answered the phone 2 different times.
Shame on them for doing this.
I just got a call from this same number and the message said they would take action against me if I did not call back. The first part of the message was cut off but it was automatic. Who in LA would call a MA number at 8am on a Saturday?
I just got this call. 8:55AM in FL. Again, "Nikki" delivered I needed to call immediately before action was taken against me... Not going to waste my time by calling back.
