This person is running a ring around the country of these scams. I was just forewarned about it on one of my own properties that is under contract in Arizona. It is always best to contact a Realtor when renting/purchasing a home. There are so many scams around Craigslist and many other websites and I unfortunately hear about people getting taken advantage of regularly by the crooks.
These people are also scamming on Instagram they go by the name of luv4india, supposedly you send them $200 and you receive $3100 because you're investing you're money...
Guy saying he is renting a house in Summerville sc and he is calling from a 323 number. Funny thing is he says he is in Indianapolis? 3bdr 1 bath all utilities included. Have tried to call it back but it goes to a Google voice mail?
