This guy called asking about my husband and saying that his name and ss# had a lawsuit filed against them. He said the law suit came from a company based in CA. Idk what this guy is talking about and neither does my husband.
Received phone call from Robert Henry at this # said we have a lawsuit against my husband and that he will be arrested in the morning. When I called back I got a voice mailbox recording stating it was Federal Law enforcement agency. After a while called back left message stating that I called the police and a Lawyer, so far no more calls. Prior to this I tried to get info about the "lawsuit" and we got disconnected and one woman said to never call this # again. Did call police and lawyer and they both said it was a Scam
I received a call from this number 323 786 6152. Stating that I was going to get arrested in the next 3 hours. His name was mike he had the wrong ssn# and when I told him that it was not correct he ask me to give it toto him I told him he crazy and I know my rights and that I was calling my local police department. He hung up the phone.
