these guys are most likely scammers, theres ntoes all over the interenet related to this number. I started receiving calls from them after applying for a cash advance online, same as similar above. The big give away is to my knowledge civil suits are not criminally prosecutable, so even if you did once upon a time have a cash advace and defaulted upon it it is a civil matter not criminal. But im not a attorney so i would suggest if you ever defaulted on a cash advance in the past research the legal implications of such. But yes these people call and call and call, and have called at like 4am EST so i believe they cannot be a real bill collector or telemarketing or anything along that lines as well theres guidelines when they can call and as far as i know they can never call your employer, which they threatend me with, funny thing i own my own company and am self employed i told them to knock themselves out on that one.... Ive called them back they read from a list of swear words and hung up. I advise everyone who is getting these calls to try to record them, save your call logs if its deeemed harrasing ive read you can get compensated at 1600 per call. Im going to try calling them back again... eventually i gather enough info through call taces etc. to get these lil you know whats
I just received phone calls from this number today, and they have called several time in a short amount of time.. I cannot be harrassed at work, or I will lose my job. This guy has a heavy indian accent and is threatening me with legal action. I told the receptionist to not put his calls through, and he keeps calling back. I cannot afford to lose my job.
I to have recieved the same call this morning. Both Justin and Michael got on the phone Yes, it is obvious that they are indian. I was told that I was being charged for money laundrying. He said that I applied for a loan with US Loans and that the money was tried to be deposited into my account and was declned. Hmmmmmm... That is strange why would it be declined if I was expecting it. I was told that I would be arrested by a US Marshall by tomorow morning. When he ask if I ha a lawyer,I told him t was no of his business. He kept intrupting me while I was trying to talk.Basically, I told him he was full of it( that is no the exact words I used), tht he had picked the wrong woman to try and threaten and nt to ever contact m again r hewould be very sorry.
