After researching this phone number, I found this in which is related to it and several other posts agreeing w/what this person says about it being Zohar Construction:
This is a home improvement company that go by the names of Sunrise Home Remodeling, Qualtiy Home Construction, Presidential Home Design, etc. They have all these different names because they are no good, but their real name is Zohar Construction located in Agoura Hills like someone previously posted. It is owned by an israeli guy who jips people out of their money. He has a black woman working for him. He takes advantage of people who are desperate for a job. The phone room is filled with ex-convicts, gangbangers, drug addicts and alcoholics. The location is in a back office out of the way of everything. The office has no heat in the winter and no air coinditioning in the summer. The majority of people who work there are minorities and he doesn't give a crap about them. He jips them on their paychecks and commisiion. He is also very stingy with the sales people that work for him. This company is a complete scam and one of these days its all going to catch up with them. Every dog has its' day.
I've been getting a call from this number about 10 times now. Sometimes I've let the answering machine get it, and they just seem to listen to see if they hear anything then they hang up. I've called their number back various times and it says that it is disconnected. Today I decided to answer the phone and they said they were looking for the homeowner and when I asked who's calling (Caller ID did not provide the name of person only the number) they immediately hung up on me....I hope that the previous comment above mine who said is a scam is right....and I also hope they get caught because they are honestly annoying...
LIZ, FYI, I HAVE HEARD THAT YOU CAN FORWARD YOUR CELL NUMBER TO ANY NUMBER (LAND LINE ETC) EVEN IF THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. AND THE DISCONNECTED NUMBER WILL APPEAR FOR THE CALL ID. THE CALLER COULD BE YOUR NEIGHBOR OR SOMEONE ACROSS THE WORLD. BE CAREFUL.
This number called today and they asked for my husband by name. When I said he wasn't in they hung up and wouldn't leave a message...... so I looked up this number .... what a shock. This opperation looks really shadey!
