I was in a good mood,so I let the woman talk. She identified herself as Lynn from Presidential. I got along fine with her and she was explaining some free estimates for double paned windows that then go through some low/no income program. She was hot to explain to me how to make it work,confidentially. I also heard people yelling and cussing in the back ground,and my telemarketer was telling me that was her supervisor and he is an [***].(It cannot be a very professional business) I told her I couldn't possibly fit her in today to get me my free estimates,and now after reading these comments,I wonder if I should inform some sort of authority. Seeing how many different names,and the different pitches, it is pretty obvious it is a scam. Too bad. I kinda liked Lynn,and her ghetto fabulous attitude!
