I just received an email from an Attorney Steven Brown with an attached Arrest Warrant. There is nothing in the email stating what I am being accused of, except this huge, specific amount of money I supposedly owe. While the Arrest Warrant looks official with the United States District Court seal, my name or anyone else for that matter, does not appear on it. The email letter, itself, is very poorly written by the supposed Attorney, Mr. Brown, and uses a hotmail address rather than Mr. Brown's office or professional address. I will consequently be doing some research and filing a complaint with several parties, including federal agencies, in hopes that with enough people complaining, they will be able to stop this person and bring him to justice. What this person is doing is illegal and criminal activity.
I got the same email. I didn't open the actual Warrant attachment because of possible virus. I have had this type of email before from someone else same message. I keep all of them just in case. This one is from a Steven Brown at the same Alabama number stating that I owe some HUGE debt. 13K. Plus this email is Bcc'd to others. Using a hotmail address as well.
I received a email from Steven Brown, I sent back an email indicating that if I owe money to him, which I don't, he would
have to come to Detroit, MI and bring a lot of help, me and my boys are ready for him.
i called the number listed on the Arrest Warrant- after several rings it went to a dial tone, i did try again.. This Steven Brown told me that to repay the debt i would need a Western Union or Money gram sent to the information that he would give me when i called when i got to the money wire transfer place.. Not every fluent in English.. hmmm
