They asked for my dad. I said this is his son. They said "oh well there's no message. We'll call back. Goodbye." And hung up.

Looks like their getting off to a slow start. Call came in 8:15pm. (346) 201-6378 Houston Tx   No CID, no Msg not in my address list of callers. Blocked number. Deleted from unknown callers.

Received call, no message left.  Tried to return phone call, got busy signal.  My number is being hit hard by Scam Artists and Telemarketers, so it's safe to consider this number as someone out to get your money. Don't answer and don't say they word "Yes" in any conversation.  Their tactic is to record the conversation, alter the recording so that it sounds like you're giving affirmation for them to withdraw money from you.  Fake and unsafe.
