Called id said out of area...I never answer these calls. I always check this site. Several years ago, one of these companies told my husband that the warranty on his car was expiring and they sold him a policy. It took me forever to get our credit card credited with the charged amount. Had to threaten to sue, report them to credit bureaus, threatened to report them to every tv reporter in town about this scam, report them to better business bureau in all cities/states they operated in.

Yet another idiotic call from some scam company.......Get a real job, and get a life...leave folks alone. what good does it do to be on a NO CALL list...They do it anyway......Idiots !
I am about 99% certain they are using a system that takes what you say and uses voice recognition to play messages that sound very much like you are talking to a real person. But if you think about it, you can tell it's not. Try giving responses that are unusual and see what they say then. Even with normal responses you can tell if you pay close attention. It's like you are talking to a clever robot. :-)
Since this telemarketer / lead generator is using a recording, you can report them to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222 even if you are NOT on the federal do-not-call list. Report them. The more complaints the more likely they will be shut down and fined into the stone age. :-)
I got the same call as well along with some letters in the mail recently and they asked about my car which was a lease and I told them that and they removed me from their stuff and whatnot and I have not received any mail or phone calls from any company so I would say just tell them its a lease vehicle and they disappear but I reported them as well for it is a scam for they claim to work closely with my dealership and my dealership has never heard of them
