This number left message, I called it back  A man answered trying to sound very intimidating asking if I was Mrs so and so, when I said that is my mother he hung up.

They just tried to scam me. I asked how could we resolve this they directed me to go to the bank immidiately. Scam.

Received message that this was my last opportunity to call the above number before a law suit ensues.

Same as ALL above, IRS Lawsuit !!  Didn't call back !

We got the same call from this number and left a message saying that; IRS has a lawsuit against us.  My husband returned the call and someone answered.  My husband told that person, IRS do not make phone calls.  They write letters.  My husband told that person to stop calling and whatever scam he has, he will be reported to the authorities.  The person responded; "okay."  When you call IRS; they usually introduce themselves and give you their badge number.   Their phone is: 1-800-829-1040.
