Je viens d’avoir le même problème, j’ai appelé Bell et me suis fais crédité le montant. J’attends de voir s’il y a des suites.

I have also received a charge from 3rd party of $3.99 on bell phone bill, 347-368-0984. I am on the do not call list and have unlisted phone number. I am going to submit a complaint on the DNCL website
same thing, charge appeared on my recent shaw bill as 3.99 from Triton Global to # 347 368 0984. Call was dated Dec 03, Shaw reversed the charge and said there had been other complaints for this from their customers. I am also on the DNCL, it obliviously does not prevent marketing calls.
Same scam but Rogers not willing to reverse charges. They said they just had a meeting yesterday to inform their operators to stop refunding the $3.99 since they were billed by Triton Global and are loosing money! For them to have a meeting about this they must have received 1000s of calls, yet they can't (or won't) do anything about it anymore, and it's up to us little guys to sort it out ourselves. They did offer me a $6.00 feature on my phone to block calls. Nice!
