Who called from 3473680984

My Shaw waived the charge.  But he explained I must received a call from them the and probably for some reason I don't know but press a number and got charged.  Now I recalled an incident, probably I called a toll free number  and they no longer exists,and refer me to a different one.  That may be it. So be careful, don't proceed if something with a number.

Same here.. got charged 3.99 on my Bell bill....never called this number.. I will call bell in the morning

Just called Videotron. They were quite reluctant to give me a 3.99 credit for a reverse-charge call I never took.

on the phone with Bell (Ontario) right now ... same charge, same phone number ... trying to get it reversed.  Agent initially argued about it originating from the house - it certainly did not.

Last month I had two from 478 285-9705 with the same charge and Bell reversed it.  

It is unfortunate that WE have to monitor this and Bell can't prevent this.
