This person has contacted me twice from different phone numbers. He will call and text you.Once he tried to say that I have applied for a loan and was approved, and once to say I was going to be arrested for check fraud. He is rude and pushy and he emails from a gmail account: I have opened several cases and reported him to the Utah general Attorney. Don't engage with him just report him.

I live in Pa and I just received the same call from Gary Thompson at work first and then I returned the call because the number was also left on the voicemail of my cell phone. It is truly a scam and I then called my attorney and he stated "IT IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMS IN THE METRO AREA" they will keep calling until you pay bail money up front to get rid of the so called warrant out for your arrest. My attorney stated that this phone number is under investigation with the FBI and the BBB and has been for the last 30 days. Last, my attorney stated that this happens every year around the holidays. So every, relax and get ready to hear about this scam subsiding.
Same thing ... I told him "Bring it" when he threatened court and arrest. Nothing to substantiate any of his claims. Indian accent stating NY Sheriffs office... Called my work...not amused.
Just received a call from these ppl... One Named Jack Smith saying I will be arrested by friday morning cause of a $3,000 loan, THAT I NEVER GOT, lol.... I never even applied for.. my cell has caller ID and the number comes up Gary Thompson! These ppl are ridiculous! Who do report them too
