This man says he is John Williams and is from the department of law and investigations. He said if I want to sey\ttle out of court for a complaint against my social security number then I had better return his call.I have had 4 different numbers from people calling me for a dispute about I got money from a payday loan and I didn't pay when I was supposed to and now people are trying to sue me for not paying. All these people are trying to do is get free money from our honest dollars. All of the phone calls including this one sound like they are reading a script. also this guy sounded like he was trying not to laugh while he was reading his script. He is not legitimate and I am going to laugh along and ignore him. I hope anyone and everyone does the same.
I have had several calls from this man harrassing me trying to confirm my social. I told him not to call my phone
And he kept on calling back to back from different numbers saying he wante to suck my titts and rub my [***].

These people have been harassing me for day said i took out a payday advance loan and their are the lawyers trying to get me to pay $300 . Plus they told me he knows where I live and gave me my home address and place of business, that want stop call unless i pay them.
I get calls from this number every day 347-460-9758. They are calling my work nunber of which I have all my customers programmed to show up on my caller id. When these a-holes call, they come across and unknown, so I know it is them when they call. Some times I answer, some times I don't. They usually leave a very nasty message which I delete, but always write down the name and number they leave. Usually they leave the same number and their name is always something common, David Smith, Mike Smith, Bob Parker, etc. I know this is a scam and when I answer I LOVE playing with them. Today they called and went through their entire script and I asked them what they needed from me to resolve the issue. They told me my social and my credit card. I then asked them if they were out of their F___ing minds and if they thought I was really going to give them that info over the phone. I told them I knew it was a scam and the guy whispered into the phone "F_ you". I told "F off you a-Hole" and hung up. It is annoying to get their calls, but when you are in the right mood, it is fun to play around with them.
So I received a message from a John Rosen from the company ASLS stating I had a problem with identity theft so I returned the call and spoke to a Danny Wilson who stated I was being sued for a 300 dollar loan I received in october 2010 from Advanced America that was never paid back I asked questions and he refused 2 give any info told me 2 wait until I received papers I knew this was a scam because he had all my info wrong like my address and phone number he provided I wasn't even at or had last year so I contacted Advanced America and let them know I also filed a complaint with the FDC and I'm going to be contacting the State Attorney General Office and I'm also going to make a police report I would advise everyone to report this stuff so they kan catch these guys
