I received a couple of calls from the 347-559-4028. stated he was officer soso...couldn't understand and he was calling from soso...he spoke broken english.. stated fraud charges was reported to his office dealing with my name and ssi....I asked what it is dealing with...asked to speak to floyd *****. I said this is he, and what is dealing with...repeated fraud charges with my name and SSi been reported to his office. I said what is this dealing with...he said he will transfer me to his manager...then someone else came on stating same thing...I was getting mad...he said not to cuse at him...I said your not listing to me and hung up.....the call came in showing a Emergancy Number showing my phone number
This nut has been calling me for 2 weeks, when I call back there's no answer. finally I talked with him and was not able to understand ANYTHING he said. I hung up on him, then got a call from # that showed our city's city police initials. We talked and from what I could understand he needed a payment of $636.00 today. after stating I don't have it I was then instructed to go to CVS and purchase a Green Dot Coupon, then send $100.00 today . SO, I told him I am praying for his soul and if this is true, then issue an arrest warrant for me. I want this nutt and all like him to be punished. Good people are having hard enough times as it is without this cruel nonsense!!!!! Find him and I will prosecute!!!!!!
So I get this message on my answering machine about an urgent matter regarding federal charges being braught against me. So being the person I am I called the number back with my Lawyer. I have had a whole credit team that I signed up for ever since I was accused of purchasing a car, which I did not do at all. So apon calling the thick accented man he told me that I was liable for the loan reguardless of what. I kept telling him that I never got an online loan, but he wasnt tring to hear that. So I spoke to his boss, which sounded exactly like him, and he kept saying that I had to take care of this matter or the Plaintiffs would press charges immediately. They all kept saying the same thing, Take care of the matter so that It wouldnt be braught to the courts! I mean what should I do?
THESE PEOPLE KEEP HARASSING ME. I WAS SCARED AT FIRST. ONCE HE TOLD ME TO GO TO WALGREENS OR KMART TO SEND THE MONEY I WISED UP. I CALLED MY LOCAL PROSECUTER AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS A SCAM. A DETECTIVE TOLD ME TO CALL CELL PROVIDER AND HAVE NUMBER BLOCKED. WHEN THEY REPEATED MY SSN, I CALLED MY LAWYER WHO REASSURED ME OF THIS SCAM AND TOLD ME TO TELL THEM THAT I WAS ON TO THEIR GAME. HOPEFULLY IT WILL WORK BECAUSE THIS IS SCARY. THEY ALL HAD HEAVY ACCENTS
First, you Google FDCPA and the FTC website. Know your rights!
Second, you tell these foreign frauds to put their claim in the mail. Not e-mail or fax. As per federal law.
Third, you mix a stiff drink, wait for them to call, put your phone on speaker, turn on a tape or digital recorder and...
Fourth, laugh like hell at them for a long time.
These foreign scammers are funnier than you can possibly imagine. Ranting and raving, threats of the most "dire" consequences, sexual suggestions that only a degenerate Indian could dream of, DAs, FBI, Depts. of this-that & then some, garnishments, lawsuits, ordering the boss to fire you, seizures of bank accts. & your first-born & your dog...you name it. If they've ever heard of it on 30 year old american television, they'll threaten you with it.
They're nothing but gas filled, over the hill street urchins. They're like a loud fart. Lots of noise..with no substance. Ignore them or block their calls. Then collect all your recordings and put them on You tube. Don't be selfish. The world deserves the laughs these morons can provide!
