A foreign accent guy name Kevin Astin called me at my job 2 days in a row from this # 347-559-4028. He asked if I have a lawyer to re present me due to a crime that I have committed. I asked several times of what have I done. Then he ask to confirm my address, full name, then he gave me my last four of my social security number. Then I was ask to give the whole number. Which I did. ( BIG BIG MISTAKE) I threaten me that I the detective is on the way to get me if a lawyer does not call after few days. And the detective will pick me up from my house & take me to Staten Island, NY. These guy even gave me a case# ( wth) I recorded my conversation with him and will submit it to the police.
Said he was from a legal department and I needed to call detective mr brown working the case, knew my social sercurity num but couldn't tell me why they had a criminal suite being filed against me.
My girlfriend just got some calls from these fools. This is a scam for sure!! My best advice to everybody odds to report it to the police, attorney general, and the FBI. I am not really one to let this go after turning them in. They are really fun to call back and harass. I figured they called my number first so I have full rights to call them all day for the next month or maybe longer. They will eventually pick up the phone. Of you heat a been then just keep calling again and again until they answer. I have been very rude and mean to them and yet p out of curiosity they will answer again. Not much we can do about it but it's been fun tying up their phone lines lol. Here's their numbers if you guys want to get back at some poor excuse for life. The first one is 347.559.4028 and the second is 347.559.1814, hopefully there will be enough people that call them back daily so they can get a taste of how it feels. I am getting phone calls serval times a day tellinf me that they are the fbi and they need me to give them my personal info to know that it is me they are speaking to.
i got several calls from this number and other similar numbers which is the same idiot with diferrent names. anyway i reported him/them to our law enforcement. just a warning to the idiots trying to scam hard working ppl the law is hot on your camel riding [***]. you will be needing an attorney yourself. youll be the one with feferal charges against you.
