Second, you tell these foreign frauds to put their claim in the mail. Not e-mail or fax. As per federal law.
Third, you mix a stiff drink, wait for them to call, put your phone on speaker, turn on a tape or digital recorder and...
Fourth, laugh like hell at them for a long time.
These foreign scammers are funnier than you can possibly imagine. Ranting and raving, threats of the most "dire" consequences, sexual suggestions that only a degenerate Indian could dream of, DAs, FBI, Depts. of this-that & then some, garnishments, lawsuits, ordering the boss to fire you, seizures of bank accts. & your first-born & your dog...you name it. If they've ever heard of it on 30 year old american television, they'll threaten you with it.
They're nothing but gas filled, over the hill street urchins. They're like a loud fart. Lots of noise..with no substance. Ignore them or block their calls. Then collect all your recordings and put them on You tube. Don't be selfish. The world deserves the laughs these morons can provide!

I just received a call from 347-559-1814. She said are these the last 4 digits of ss# said I was being sued and I needed to call attorney Adam Garcia at 347-559-4028. Said that I will Google him. I could barely understand the the lady that was calling.
I had three back-to-back phone messages (at my workplace) from this number and a man who couldn't speak much English threatening me to call back the "very second" I received this message. Said is name was Mr. Johnson (doubt it) and that he was with the Federal Legal company... I didn't listen to the rest and deleted all three messages.
This idiot Adam Garica just called my sister, claiming that she owed money to a Loan Company. Then told her not to hang up the phone, he wanted to stay on the line until she got the money. He also gave her a second number of (237) 559- 4028.
