They told me my computer has a problem I told them that they are fraudulent and hung up. I called them back and they actually answered most of the phishing companies won't you usually get this number is not in service and he was rather rude asked why I called him told him because he called me and I know that they are not legitimate definitely Indian he hung up
Same annoying scam from morons claiming they are from Microsoft. Microsoft never required our computer iD or telephone numbers in order for us to use their product. All we need is a Hotmail or MSN e-mail account and the registration code for whatever product we were registering.
Just called twice and left dead air on the line. Maybe they are afraid to keep talk after being airhorned a couple of times. In the past they have claimed to be from Microsoft.
It's a scam and Canada Anti fraud is aware. Don't give out any computer info they try to control your computer remotely. They claim your windows computer is registered with their department. Microsoft will never call YOu and ask You for your computer ID or whatever else they ask for. When I told him I looked up his number and he was illegitimate and to stop calling he said no.
Just got a call from this number. Same number called 3 times earlier and has been calling us for almost a year. Wish there was a way to block these obvious scammers.
