just called me telling me he was with Microsoft and that my computer had viruses. Microsoft does not call you. when i said "this is a scam", he screamed at me "this is not a scam". told him not to call again, and he screamed "oh, i will call again". What an [***].
I just got a call from ACS V EXPANS 347-753-9068 at 9:45p. I didn't answer and decided to look up the number, which brought me here. Thank you for the heads up to everyone who's posted here. I too would like to know how/who to report these idiots.
Ahh...I see I am not the only one to receive a call from the delightful Mr. Kendall you say? Well...he didn't fancy that name so is going with Mark now :) just because he can darn it!

Rule of thumb for 2014 home phone calls...if it's not you're Mum or work calling...it's more than likely a scam!
I seem to get endless calls about my computer, and insurance etc....but this was classic!
I'm pretty sure I knew how many people he has upset because I don't get very angry often but, WOW did I let him HAVE IT!! Oh it felt so good!
Kept asking me to go to my computer, and I said I don't even have a computer!!! Might have told a small fib ;)
I got to yell at him for ages! It was great!! Then I proceeded to tell him to stop doing this to people, it's really wrong, and that's when he told me I was wrong, at which point I fired back with "customer is always right..SIR" hehe
I asked what my full name was, but responded with "we cannot give out that information maam" but I insisted, because if it is legit they would know! Then some more yelling and swearing and then some other dude was on the end of the line? Same accent, different guy. By this stage I've had them on the line for 20 mins...SCORE!
Bugger...they lost interest and hung up :( but I didn't hehehe I held that line for a good 80 mins before I had to hang up to order some dinner :)
Same company, same people. trying to go under the company name ACS now. Told him I'll take care of any issues I have "since I am in school for Computer Security right now". Got upset with me, also told me to F**k off!. I would love to see him in person so I could revert back into the old me right in his face.
These are the people they need to catch and deport.
