Same number called me and when i spoke to the "Indian" speaking person they told me that i have a lawsuit against me from the IRS and they kept calling out my SS# and saying they were on a federally recorded line and that i would spend 5 yrs in prison. then they asked if i had any questions and i told them yes i did so when i asked them they wouldn't answer me. All they would do is say are you going to settle in or out of court and that i would be served papers and be taken to jail. so i continued to ask questions they still wouldn't answer me. so i hung up on them. They just tried to call me back again 11-24-14 2:40 EST. no message was left. i am going to report them for harassment.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
You can report them, but it won't do any good. These are hardcore criminals working out of overseas boiler rooms under the protection of corrupt governments and away from the reach of US jurisdiction. The best thing you can do is invest in a call blocker.
