I got a call from this guy with that middle-eastern accent stating that I was being sued by the IRS and that I would be served papers. What a bunch of bologna.
They left me a message. Apparently there is a lawsuit against my name (even though he doesn't know my name) and my personal property (my 2003 Ford Taurus??? it's the only thing I own) is under investigation - wowzers. If I want more information I can call him back today at 347-779-0198.
I'm sure he's in cahoots with "Steve Martin from the US Treasury Dept." at 415-852-9221
same dude just called me, same lines, same accent as everyone has said here. can't believe he's still doing this after everyone here having reported him.
Received this call today. Same message as mentioned below. A lawsuit ???? Left a name to call back too. Jay Taylor. If someone from the IRS did call....they address me by name not leave a vague open ended message. SCAM for sure..
