Who called from 3478538989

Received a text as follows:
BoA - Re-activate our VISA debit card starting with (first four numbers) xxx-xxx-xxx. Please call: (347) 8538-989 (typed just like that).

Not calling. Did notify Bank of America at the abuse email address shown in the above comments.

I am getting calls from this number also. What can be done to stop it?

when i get one of these from time to time i like to send a responce txt...  "i now know how to find you, sleep with one eye open."   for some reason i never get another message from them.

I get these messages about once a week.  I simply delete the text.

Yes, just received this 10 mins ago from a [email protected]:  

BoA - Please call [347]8539-989 in order to re-activate your VISA debit card starting with (MY FIRST REAL 4 DIGITS)-XXX-XXX-XXX.

A fool can tell this is a scam...but I'm tee'd off that they even got my first four digits and my cell number correct!  I wish I could get my hands on them!  No-lifes!
