This guy calls my phone everyday and is rude. He says his name is Andy Flowers and he is an attorney and then makes threats that he is going to have me arrested for something to do with me never paying a payday loan back. He told me that they tried to take the money out of my account but there were not funds there. I spoke with my bank and they have never had anyone try to funds out from a payday loan company. This is a hoax but I don't know what we can do about it.

I was so scared until my daughter looked up the number and saw that everyone else was having the same problem. What can we do about it? He also had a strong accent. Thanks for posting I recieved the exact same phone calls the names were different one day it was John Smith (he didnt know how to spell his own name) second name is Justin White. I also asked for documentation to be sent to me so I can look over forms with my attorney this person started screaming that "You must take care of this now or I'm sending a sheriff to your house to arrest me immedately". Like you I am responding so others will see my story also. Good luck hope the phone calls stop soon this guy is getting annoying. I also filed a complaint with my Attorney General and the FTC
