Well I had this happen to me as well. This theft calls says he is from a law office on a saturday and will take me to court over a supposed payday loan. I don't have and have never had a payday loan with this company and besides that my bank should be aware of it. I am sick of this. Noone should have to go through this. Don't they understand that a true lawyers office are being hurt by this. In order to be suited by someone there has to be paperwork involved and it has to be a ligitimate legal document.
Calling stating that they are federal lawyers and. Stating that they will be sending a letter to my employment. To terminate my employment. And also they will be sending a letter to my bank to freeze my account. And suspend. My license
I received a call from this number telling me that I three criminal charges against me and they said they work for the Federal Legislation department. I was told I borrowed money from CASH ADVANCE USA and didn't pay it. The man also told me I was going to be arrested and brought to New York, they were going to have me terminated from my job and have all my accounts froze. He kept asking if I had an attorney and when i told him I didn't borrow the money and asked for his I.D. number with the government he gave this number 1872287. He then got very angry told me you will find out who I am, you will be arrested at your job. I'm going to call the Federal Trade Commission and report this.
I recieved the same call saying the same thing but these people actually called my job and know my ssn the whole number.... they have me worried a little bit because that's personal info how is somebody that random get access to that kind of info... jerks... see this is why they need to stop little these cow lovers in our country, they are disrespectful and don't believe in God nor Jesus Christ.... P.S. i have a very close indian friend name tosh and he is nothing like these scums and pricks.....the number that called was 3479797438 and they gave me some other number too.... [***] and arats too these people have nothing better to do but they believe in God a bunch of hippercrites and heathens
Someone just called my Cell, I didn't pick up, then they called my work number. With an Accent. His name was Ronnie Williams. They said there was a case against me and for me to call them. I said I was not giving out any of my information. They wanted to know if I had an attorney because they wanted information out of me. I said no. If they wanted anything they need to send me a written notarized document and Ronnie hung up on me.
I called back said it was for Attorney Garcia, told them someone called my cell and my office, he said "let me pull up your case file" then he hung up on me. I called back a 2nd time, went to voicemail and i told them, I dont know what scam they are playing but i am posting this online for others to know.
If this is for Cash Advance, I remember looking up for some financial help but NEVER agreed to their terms.
I left my office to go downstairs and call the number on my cell phone (347-857-9636) this is what happened:

I called back a 2nd time, went to voicemail and i told them, I dont know what scam they are playing but i am posting this online for others to know. So I left my office to call the number they left on my voicemail. I told Attorney Garcia, kindly please do not hang up on me. I don't know what case they think they have against me, but if you think I owe you money, I will provide MY lawyer my bank statements for the past year, your numbers and your voicemail you left me and you can contact him. Then as I was telling him this he was like "YOU SOUND [***]" I was like excuse me? you are very unprofessional. You do not ask people nor tell people that. If you are a true and legit attorney you need to work on your professionalism. He continued to say I sound [***] and was trying to talk over me. I remained calm and kept saying, you want to have a case against me, send me the legal case, notarized to my lawyer and copy me, but I am forwarding your information to my lawyer and posting on the internet just in case ANYONE else is harassed by you. then he told me [***] You. I said, have a nice day.
