Got this exact call at 3:25pm. Robotic voice saying I was being investigated for tax fraud or evasion and to call the number back, before I end up in federal court. Going to file a complaint with the FCC
This number left a scary voice mail claiming to be the IRS saying they have a legal petition against me for tax fraud. When I called back they said they can't help because they are closing. Was for sure an Indian accent and total BS.
I got this call a few min's ago , and I called back and it sounded like a scam telling me I have warrants for my arrest if I don't pay the audit amount in an heavy Indian voice. Once u push back they get scared and tell u they cant help you then they hang up.
Called this morning and left an automated voicemail. Something about my name being reported and to call before it goes to the Federal claim courthouse. SCAM. Will not be calling back.
