Just block their calls and ignore them. I believe in following the law, but if someone attempted to scare me about putting MY kids in foster care in order to collect a debt, I'd seriously consider drastic measures.
Just report them as I said in my earlier post.
If they continue to bother you, and you KNOW you do not owe any money, go to the local police, explain the situation to them and see if you can make a report of attempted extortion.
Yes the exact same thing happened to me, except i refused to pay a dime. They've been calling everyday faithfully at 12pm. I just keep playing along just so i can gather ss much info as possible to turn it over to the right ppl. They really think ppl arent on to their foolishness.
Yes @ pumpkin 19 I received a call from the same number as well. That number is directed to the 360 number as well they're all the same people. listen take it from me, THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!!! " DO NOT" give those freaking idiots a dime of your money! I actually gave them some money because I was so scared and frightened and before I did any research I sent it to them so a "warrant" wouldn't be issued the same day that they ask for it! I am so mad at myself for doing that I should have known better! But I found this site and I'm glad I did to share my experience and so no one else has to go through this!!!
, I would like to thank you so much for your feedback I received the same phone call stating a Tracy and a Christopher stating that I would have a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay $150 by today and my balance was almost 2,000 from some payday loan and when I looked this up everything your story was identical to mine I just want to tell you thank you so much again and when I asked him if they were what was the license number they hung up on me and I asked him if there were Kramer and associates and they said yes I was so scared that I would have been arrested.. God bless you
Total scam. Being in ordinary civil degt is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it. It's all total nonsense. How could a debt collector know anything about any warrants? Warrants are only issued by judges to duly constituted law enforcement authorities. Ignore and block these calls.
Report them:

Also contact your local attorney general
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them.
