I just had the same message that I am being sued, but they did not give the name of the person they are calling. I called the number and of course no one answered. If it was the IRS then there would have been a message of the hours to call.
Caller left message that my husband was being sued. They used his first name in the message. Clearly a robot insert.. checked number and of course it's the latest scam.
Received the same automated message about being sued by the IRS. My husband called the number and said before he gave any information, he wanted a name and phone number to call back on. They immediately hung up.
I got the same call last Friday, unbelievable. Called back guy asked for my info I asked for his and he hung up on me. Its a shame something can't be done about this!!!!
