I just had the same message that I am being sued, but they did not give the name of the person they are calling. I called the number and of course no one answered. If it was the IRS then there would have been a message of the hours to call.
I got a call today from this number 360-285-3577 saying the IRS is filing a law suit again us. I freaked out then my husband said "come on" and I looked this up...thanks for posting so that I and others do not fall into their scam...Although as soon as they asked me for info I would have asked for written and other docs to prove who they were!!!!!

I too received this phone call. What can be done about these calls? I called the number - but it just rang. Glad - I just hung up after reading the other posts!!! Love the communication that technology provides!
