I just had the same message that I am being sued, but they did not give the name of the person they are calling. I called the number and of course no one answered. If it was the IRS then there would have been a message of the hours to call.
Just got same IRS call!!! Answered and recording said I was being sued by IRS.. last chance to call 360-285-3577 as soon as possible. I had heard about this earlier and checked internet & saw scammers!!
I got a call from these people too (360-285-3577). They left a message on my answering machine telling me that they were the IRS and that they were suing me. Scam! I didn't bother calling back.
Just got the same exact phone call and automated message. Was shocked for about a second, then realized it had to be a scam. Am adding the idiots to my blocked numbers.
My wife got a call from this number and wondered if it had to do with a former employer who went under. She thought better about calling and asked me about it. I found this page and had some fun reading the stories from other people. Oh, and the message was cut off at the beginning but started at "...a suit against you."
