The caller, 360-322-6213, called us from Washington State @ 12:13 noon,0625/2013 again., when I was out.It left no message. When I returned the call 6 hour later. The message is " If your not interested in our call for commercial , please click # 1 to remove you from our calling list. I may wait 72 hour for us to remove your phone #". I always uses different aread code and number to call us & the messages are similar.
Many people filed complaints with www.800notes.com since 05/15/2013.
"Hi, This is Diane, need your carpets cleaned?" ..... So infuriating! we get multiple calls with the same message but the incoming call # changes frequently. I keep a list by the computer so I can quickly scan for known SPAM #s.
A good trick: I will click "ON" and then instantly "OFF" on the phone. This supposedly registers as a disconnected # on their end.
Also - if you don't recognize the # and think it might be SPAM? Do the click "ON" then instantly "OFF", and google the phone # quickly. If it's a legit call, the caller will usually phone you back. If it isn't, you will land on a page like 800notes.com here and KNOW it's spam. I also report these #s periodicallly to the DNC page but who knows if it works.
The caller used 360-322-6213 to call us 06/25/2013, which I returned the call & click #1, the message indicated they would removed my number within 72 hours. today 15:10,07/02/2013 , I wasin backyard. When I returned the call. It asked me to click #1. too let themremove my number. They'll used different number & area codes to call us again.
