Yes it is "Card Member Services" and they just won't stop. No matter what the FTC tries, until our legislators actually make it a felony to spoof numbers and steal credit card information. Oh wait, it already is a felony to conspire to defraud or commit theft by deception in most if not all states. I've tried pushing 2 to get on the no call list. They still call. I've asked nicely, angrily and even told them point blank to stop. They still call. Now all I do is wait for them to call with a list of fake credit card info and waste as much of their time as possible. They know I'm doing this and they still call. If someone out there would come up with a cheap trap and trace device for these calls that person would be an instant billionaire.
