This is a scam, perpetrated by criminals who sole purpose is to steal your money. There never was a financial stimulus, this isnt your final offer. This scam continues becuase every single day som escuker falls for it and that keeps the lights on.
This scam has been reported on every major 6 O'clock news and pratically every major newspaper and still people fall for it. The caller ID and the phone number should be a dead giveaway to not answer. Always bank card Srvs or Card Services, always an out of area long distance phone calls, ALWAYS, ALWAYS a recording.
This scam har been going on for years, it will not stop. Just continue to report the calls and warn others. Ignore all these calls and never talk to them.
Call received a 3:05 pm on 3/3/14 Central Time from Good ol' "Card Services". These folks want to do you a big
favor and lower your interest rate...whether you have a credit card or not! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! A long-running
scam. We used to refer to this scam as "Rachel", the female voice who has now given way to many other voices
in making these calls. If you are on the DO NOT CALL list, you can go www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.
This number will be blocked on my phone system, along with 2 other numbers they use...6684 and 6687 which
are already blocked.
I've gotten as far as to threaten to shoot these [***] in the face. Then it really got heated and he hung up on me. [***] [***]. If I could go to their offices I would. With so many complaints, why do these people still exist? Now, when they call and I press 1, I can't even get to a live person to threaten their lives. It's just no fun at all anymore.
