Caller immediately hung up when I answered. I called the number from my cell phone, and it immediately went to a voice mail message that said, "Thank you for calling back." If you are not interested in our promotions and wish to be put on our 'do-not-call list', please press 1 now..."
I never oblige these message requests with a response. I want them to think that I dialed a wrong number, thus not confirming their initial call to me. That would give them both my cell# and my landline# that they originally called.
They just called me, tried to get my credit card number. I told them I was uncomfortable with that, and I would like to be removed from their database. The woman responded: "I can't take you off a list because I don't have one you [***] [***]. get a [***] life" before she hung up on me. I hope she sees the irony in her words.
I get anywhere from 2 or 3, up to 6 or 7 calls like this every week and I am FED UP with them wasting MY time and interrupting whatever I'm doing, to answer a DAMN AUTOMATED SALES CALL!! An illegal call too, my number is registered as a "do not call" number (doesn't seem to have done much good). Besides, I HAVE no credit card debt.
got another robocall from 360-322-6687 caller ID said "CARD SERVICES" on Wednesday 03-05-14 @ 441 PM.
Message came on "This is a very important message about your current credit card accounts.........press 1 now to take advantage of this today." I pressed 1 and nothing happened but then the recording rest and replayed from the beginning.
Again got to the message part ...."press 1 now to take advantage of this today." And I again pressed 1 and the recording again replayed from the beginning......then at the end of this one I again pressed 1 and the message said "Goodbye"
