Caller immediately hung up when I answered. I called the number from my cell phone, and it immediately went to a voice mail message that said, "Thank you for calling back." If you are not interested in our promotions and wish to be put on our 'do-not-call list', please press 1 now..."
I never oblige these message requests with a response. I want them to think that I dialed a wrong number, thus not confirming their initial call to me. That would give them both my cell# and my landline# that they originally called.
I just got a call from 360-322-6657 I have had a total calls of 27 replied take off list didnt help. Today I answered the man threatened me said let talk to wife linda got hostile towards her. told me he knew where we lived gave our address back to me. I Told him bring it on [***]
I received a call from 360-322-6687 stating that they were with Card Services for VISA/MC.
I contacted the FCC at 1-888-225-5322 and reported the incident stating that the telemarketer was in violation of the "Do Not Call List" (https://www.donotcall.gov, which you can also find by Googling, Do Not Call List) that I have been on since 2012. They provided me with the link on their website where I filled out an easy complaint form at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints (you can also find this link through Google). FCC will also take your complaint over the phone (or in writing) IF you cannot complete it online. The FCC will do an assessment and will determine if the telemarketer was at fault in contacting me and can fine the telemarketer for a penalty of $5000.00. This is NOT an exaggeration as you can find this information on their website or you can call them at 1-888-225-5322 to confirm this.
In addition, you can contact the FCC even if you are not on the "Do Not Call List" if you are getting repeated calls from a telemarketer after you have told them not to call you.

It would be nice if it were as easy as that, to do anything that would have an effect on the card service scammers. These are NOT telemaketers, but criminals, and criminals not not obey laws, including the do not call list. These lowlifes use all spoofed (falsified) numbers, and change them often, to avoid being located and prosecuted. Some people believe there is value in reporting every call, others see it as an act of futility, personally, simply not answering any calls from numbers we are not familiar with, works just fine--they can do no harm to anyone, as long as their calls are not accepted.
