i got two calls from this number this morning. Both were a recorded message. The speech was so garbled it was extremely difficult to understand. I picked up the words "IRS" and "urgent" and recognized that a phone number was being given to call back. I did not respond. I suspected a scam and it looks like I was right.
This number is a scam, they claim to be from the IRS with a Russian (or similar) accent in a room that you can hear is full of people making calls. Why the IRS will contact me by phone and not by mail? why they wouldn't give a 1-800 number? All government agencies when they call is (if they call at all) because they already tried to contact you by mail and they give you a 1-800 number to call them back.

This number left 3 voicemails, stating that the IRS is taking action against me and that I needed to call back right away. The people had some sort of foreign accent and asked me for various pieces of information. Be careful, clearly a scam.
