Who called from 3604064648

I answered the phone, heard the phone ring on the other end and a girl with a super thick accent said she was calling from the government. She spoke so fast I told her I couldn't understand her and she responded with a valley-girl accent to mock me then hung up.
...guess she didn't feel like scamming after being told to repeat herself.

Got the same call on April14th.  I called the police in my area.

Just got the call that my number was qualified for a $5000 grant at no cost to me nor would I have to pay it back. I hung up.

Yea I listened in case I could use some of the information to stop the line somehow. But yea I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I also had an indian accented man who attempted to impersonate a government agency member giving me a federal grant of $9,200. He asked for my age and if I am a student, then said that the grant was made for students. Then he asked for my name.. since I was super sketched out, I said I had to go and he said "why did you waste my time" lol...
