I've been getting calls on one of my phones from this number (which only family and very close friends have) because this phone is used for emergencies only. I always answer unknown numbers with "Dept of Homeland Security, how may I direct your call" on this phone which stops most calls cold. If they persist I then tell them that "we have now opened a file on you and one of our agents will be visiting you soon".
