Looks like they just called a bunch of us haha.  Stupid automated telemarketing spam.  It's not even real telemarketers!  What a waste.

pretty sure it's just an auto-dialer.  It's a pre-recorded message, and there is most likely no one even at the location you'd be calling.

Actually no, it's not legal for them to be dialing mobile numbers regardless of this being the land of opportunity.  It's not legal YET at least..

Solution

Go to www.FCC.gov.  click on Take Action in the header bar.
From the drop down menu click on Complain the click the dot that says Telemarketing, Prerecorded Messages... and click next.
Click on the appropriate complaint then click Next.
Click on Complete the Form and fill out your complaint.

It takes just a few minutes and will get results.  I made a complaint against a telemarketer like this in Florida and he was not only shut down but fined $10,000.  The more complaints they get the better.

Once you've done this go to your telephone provider's website and block the number.

Just got call from number.   Left no message.
